1. About Telecommunication and Networks Co. Product Support

1.1  Hardware and Software Warranty Information

TEN Sold and / or Installed Hardware

TEN warrants Sold or Installed products to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of shipment. In case of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our option using new or refurbished equipment / components.

Manufacturer Limited Warranty warrant that for a period of one (1) year, the hardware purchased by customer ("Hardware") shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the product instructions.

TEN Sold and / or Installed Software

All TEN Sold or Installed software products come with a 90 DAYS warranty.

The 90-day warranty period ends 90 days after the product shipment date.

Manufacturers warrant that for a period of ninety (90) days, the software shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the product instructions.

The Manufacturer Limited Hardware Warranty:  Manufacturer will repair or replace any defective products shipped to customer, provided it is returned to them within that period.  

1.2   Service & Support

After the relevant warranty period, TEN offers a Service & Support Contract, in cooperation with their International Partners, to support the installed equipment at the annual percentage of the total contract value - PLUS the sales Tax percentage applied at invoice date.
